You send your client a link. NILA's client-facing intake conversation supports multiple languages while your firm works in English. NILA asks follow-up questions, discovers the rental income they forgot to mention, and builds their complete document checklist.
NILA's validation tab shows every extracted field with a confidence score. High-confidence extractions are pre-approved. You review flagged items, correct if needed, and mark complete.
NILA generates a Lacerte-mapped Excel file. Each income source is mapped to its Lacerte screen code. Open it alongside Lacerte and complete the return without re-keying a single income figure.
